- Whether you are exploring the area on your own or you are in a group of up to six, you will travel in comfort in my Mercedes people carrier.

- Would you like to visit some of our world famous whisky distilleries and perhaps sample their wares without worrying about who is going to drive?
- Do you want to see places off the beaten track and find out about the area from a local's point of view?
- Is your time on holiday short but you still want to do more than just see sights from a bus or train?
- Once you make a booking with me I am yours exclusively for the agreed time and I will not accept bookings from anybody else for that time. I never mix groups so it really is 'your' trip and no-one else will join you.
I offer a service where I drive you in my Mercedes people carrier around the Moray and Speyside area at your own pace and concentrating on the things that you want to see. We will discuss well in advance the things that you are interested in and agree a rough outline of what we will see and do. Once we have agreed on a rough itinerary I will give you an estimate of the cost for each day. To confirm a booking I will ask for a deposit of £50 per day. The balance will be payable at the end of your time with me. The price that we agree is per 'tour' and not per person. The first thing to remember is that you decide what you want to see and we will work together to make an itinerary based on your ideas. If you want to spend 2 or 3 days just looking at castles then that is what we will do. If Malt whisky is your thing then this is the place to come (see Malt Whisky page for more information). It may be that you don't really have a definite idea of what you want to see, in which case I can make suggestions once we have had a chat to find out what your particular interests are. In practice, most visitors want to see enough to give them a real flavour of the Speyside area but are usually over ambitious when they plan their days. No Such Things As A Typical Day
There is no such thing as a typical day out with me. I cannot give you a sample itinerary as each and every one is planned with the specific interests of each individual visitor in mind. My approach is very informal. I am not just there to drive you around. I am there to answer your questions and give you the background information that makes the day so much more interesting and memorable. Think of it as coming to visit a friend who lives locally who really wants to show off the area to you.
Let me help you plan your holiday in Speyside before you even arrive in the country - I am at the end of the phone, e-mail or snail mail, just drop me a line if you have any questions at all. Remember there is no such thing as a stupid question. I have travelled a lot and know what it is like to be away from home with lots of questions and no-one to ask them to. Maybe I can help you.....
